Payment Methods

Once a booking is confirmed with Quality Beach Rentals 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. Please be sure to read our 'Terms and Conditions' on our website prior to confirming your booking with a deposit.  

Any payments can be made by the following means:

CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER

Cheque or money order to be made payable to Alex Scott and Staff - Venus Bay Rental Trust  and posted to P.O. Box 784 Venus Bay 3956. Please note that you need to allow approximatley 7 days for mail to reach us and you need to allow 3 days for the cheque to clear.

BANK TRANSFER/DEPOSIT TO OUR ACCOUNT

When paying by bank transfer, please be sure to include a reference such as the surname of the person who has made the booking or the property address.

Please note: For all payments made by cheque or bank deposit - Be sure to fill in the 'Payment Advice Form' (which can be found on the next tab at top of this page).

Once payment has been made the receipt plus a booking confirmation form with details of bedding and items you will need to bring with you will be emailed to you to confirm your booking.

The balance of rental is then due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
