Booking Terms and Conditions
for Quality Beach Rentals
Thank you for your booking to our holiday rental property. We would apprecaite receiving a 50% deposit within the next week to confirm the booking.
When receiving this deposit we will complete a receipt and booking confirmation form that will be forwarded to you at your current address. This property will then be held in your name. We will expect the remainder of the deposit to be paid two weeks prior to entering the property.
We will organise a key pick up for you prior to the day and will take into consideration the difficulty in arriving to the property when work commitments will delay your arrival.
We value your comments and ask that you complete the Feedback Sheet included in your envelope. All your comments are passed on to the Landlord in the hope that the service we offer can be to the highest possible standard.
On vacating the property, you can drop the keys back to the office, if it is after hours you can slide the keys under the door or leave them at the General Store and these will later be retrieved by one of our staff members.
