Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. Quality Beach Rentals is an independent business owned and managed by myself- Racheal Guymer. I have lived in the Venus Bay/Inverloch area for many years and have a great knowledge of the area. With a Real Estate background, I have over 10 years Rental Property Management experience.

Taking a few trips each year up to NSW to see relatives and have a well earnt holiday with my family, I understand the importance of holidays and how precious they are in today’s busy world. It is important to me that every tenant that stays in one of our managed holiday rentals, finishes their holiday feeling happy with their accommodation and the services that they received. I always make certain that every property listed is fully self-contained, clean and tidy, in good working order and is in a condition that I myself would enjoy spending my holidays in.

I recognise that each individual’s idea of ‘quality’ is different and that is why I will go out of my way to help you find a property to suit your needs.

I have always had a passion for Real Estate, in particular Rentals and customer service. I believe that treating people the way that you would like to be treated yourself is the key to a successful business and a successful life.
